kpantiqueco Hi Robert, I reached out to Poshmark about the purchase you made from me - Pull & Bear Black Laced Shoes. Pull & Bear is a brand from Spain and for that reason may fit differently than US brands. After speaking with customer service, I have been informed that because you already accepted the order, you will have to contact Poshmark directly for a refund or return.
