So, If there was something you felt was a problem and you were not happy, you should have come to me and explained,and I would have tried to make you happy. I consider this piece a gown, something more formal than you would wear to casual event or throughout a regular day, I in no way misrepresented this GORGEOUS piece. @myrubystardust The score that I gave was nothing pesonal....perhaps a misunderstanding. I thought the item was a gown (long) that was indicated in the description and not a dress.

@lanauze I had a discussion with my mother she said many people consider a gown to be floor length, I always considered a gown a garment more formal than what you would wear to a casual event. I even looked up the definition and it stated the same thing, some personal definitions of gowns are different. I was-

@lanauze simply hurt because I always thought that piece was so gorgeous and it was part of my initial inventory investment for Posh and it finally got a home and then I find the person is very unhappy and I put my all into my shop, my listings and packing the items, so it was a bit of a shock to me. I had always gotten great reviews and I want to bring joy not frustration.
