enim34 @lldporto hello Lisa, I was wondering on how to share other listings. I shared many on Pinterest but my account states I shared zero. Is the zero shares on my account referring to my own listing or others? And what is the correct way? Thank you for your guidance in advance, Roberta

lldporto @enim34 So if you go to another closet and hit the share button in the bottom right corner, it will come up with a list if places to share. The top will have “Share to my followers “. Below that you can share to other sources like Pinterest, Twitter, tumbler, etc. is that what you are trying to do?

lldporto And when you talk about your account, are you talking about you Posh Status? There are self shares and then there are shares which is other people’s shares.

lldporto @enim34 hi!! That is very strange! It should show up on your profile page. I see 56 shares only, which doesn’t sound right. I’ve never paid attention before so I am going to look at my total shares before and after I share right now. I will keep you posted!!

lldporto @enim34 so I have 176K shares, I just shared over 100 items from various closets and the amount did not change. I’m thinking they update in chunks. How often do you share and for approximately how long have you been sharing?

lldporto @enim34 Sorry I am just getting back to you. A lot going on with my Dad. Anyway, that could be the reason. I see that your shares still haven’t updated. I’m wondering how often they update it. I will keep checking your profile. If you are sharing daily, it should go up. The only other thing to do is ask Posh why it hasn’t updated. Do you know how to contact them?

lldporto @enim34 if you click on the little box at the bottom, next to your user name, it will bring up boxes. The last box will have a line that says Poshmark Support. If you click on that you can ask a question, which will send an email to them. There is also a line that says Poshmark FAQs. Your answer may be there as well.

lldporto Actually, the line says Frequently Asked Questions. I don’t see anything there that will answer you. At the bottom of that page it has a blue box that says Contact Us. Click on that and it will direct you to the email.
