Hi Robin. What you need to do is request a refund from PM. Using the contact support option when you go into the sale details. Just let them know we talked and because you didn't realize the bag had Gold Metallic thread we agreed to the return. They will send you a return label. Just use the box it came in to return. Hello. I'm not sure why you gave me a 4 star rating due to the packaging?! I wrapped them in a colorful tissue and included a hand written note. Most of us Poshwrs work very hard to keep our 5star rating. A 4 star rating for packaging was strange considering I'm not selling you packaging. Also I got it out to you in the midst of preparing for Hurricane Irma. I'm not sure what you expected. More feed back would be helpful.

@katiegmiami when I opened the package the pants were completely wrinkled. I had to take them to the dry cleaners to get them out. Sorry I had to rate you a 4.

I am sorry you thought the sweater was a 4 star rating. As you can see on pic with model it is not a tunic. It is beautiful sweater that was wore 1 time by my daughter and dried flat. I wish I would have read the above responses before I sold you our beautiful sweater! ☹️☹️

@lorac2015 I am sorry you feel that way I have purchased several items and have given mostly 5 stars. The only reason I would rate lower is if the item was different than Described when I received it or I waited weeks for it to be delivered . If you change your mind I would still love to purchase your bag. Thank you

@rglatz when you buy used items they are just that and I have a 5 star rating. Seems like if you saw a wrinkle in clothing you purchased it just wasn't good enough for giving them a 5 star rating.

@lorac2015 I feel horrible that you think this of me I was just upset because I had to pay an additional charge to take them to the cleaners to get the amount of wrinkles out. I understand that your not interested in selling me your bag so I won’t bother you again but I usually do give 5 star ratings. Good luck on selling this beautiful bag.
