savvyjoe1 Somehow I couldn't respond through e-mail, the gray skirt is a 30 inch waist and has a tiny bit of stretch to it .. just nothing like an elastic waistband, minimum stretch.

lovejezus Good morning Robin. I was trying to to the same offer but they are not letting me do it again. The offer was $28+4.99=32.99 I will change the price on my page for 26+6.49= 32.49 (this way they don’t let me give a shipping discount but I will take 2 dollars extra on the skirt. But it will be public then everyone can buy it. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks to shopping my closet.
