I am so sorry, I normally ship the same day or next day but I have been terribly ill the past few days and couldn't drive. I will hopefully be better by Monday when the post office reopens and I will get your items mailed. Again I am so sorry.

I don't know what to do. When I boxed the XL fila capris they were in perfect condition. I opened the box & everything in the box is ruined. I have no idea what happened. I am an honest person & I only sell items I would want to buy. I am so sorry, this has never happened so I don't know what to do. Do I contact poshmark? What do I need to do? I am so sorry.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the situation with the XL fila capris. I am so sorry. I contacted poshmark and they said to reach out to you and this is my third attempt. Their recommendation was to explain what happened and cancel the order. I really wish I could get in contact with you to see if there is a way to make this right by you. I hope & pray you understand this was a freak accident that I had no control over. Please accept my sincere apologies.

@lsvice so sorry, I wasn’t checking my poshmark bc I got called in to work and got busy. But it’s ok, I understand and I received an email from poshmark saying they were giving me a refund. No worries and I don’t think you’re dishonest in the least!
