megjgalv @greene_robin i am getting ur boots ready, but please look at 2 photos. It appears one boot is discolored. Do u want to cancel this order? I am so sorry! i iust noticed it and never saw it before. I always pre package and inspect my items prior to shipping...and saw this. I did attempt to clean with a cleanser to no avail. It is in the color/material of the boot. Please advise. Im posting 2 new pics for u!

megjgalv I understand and I am very proud of my almost perfect rating:) I wouldn't want it done to me..I still feel terrible. It upsets me whenI miss an error like that...!! But, that is why I do an outside inspection in the day light to make certain all my items are in excellent shape. Appreciate your understanding was well, sorry it didn't work out. Happy poshing!
