anderfam2000 Hi, Robin. I recently bought a pair of shoes from you (& love, by the way) & just discovered there was what looks like a pair of watch links & a little tool which was probably used to remove the links. I'd be happy to mail them back to you, if you'd like. Let me know! Tina
