Hi, I see the Vineyard Vines sweatshirt has been "returned" to sender. Looks like the post office was unable to deliver it to you and it is on it's way back to me. 😬 This hasn't happened to me as a seller before, I'm not sure if you update your address if Poshmark will give me another label to resend it to you. Are you able to contact your local post about it? Just want to make sure you get it! Thanks!

@beachypommom No I never heard, but same here, it is at my post box so I will grab it today. This has actually never happened to me on posh before so I am not sure if they refund the buyer automatically. I am relisting the item since I never heard anything 🤷♀️

@rlowe414 Ok, you might have to contact poshmark support bc they were send back. Did you recieve a refund for them? For some reason poshmark has an undeliverable mailing address for you.

@rlowe414 Hi Robin! It looks like the package arrived back at our local hub this morning so I will likely have back in hand tomorrow. I would love for you to get these but you may need to contact Posh customer support on the label. I am not sure that I can request on your behalf. They were pretty quick when I reached out to them on something else. Once I have back in hand and we have a new label, I can get it resent to you quickly :)

@beachypommom thank you so much.. other sellers almost all of my packages are being resent to sender I’m so sorry. Some of you did get through usps and thank you for the others I’ve put in a huge claim with poshmark customer care hoping they will charge me again for reshaping I will at you know

@beachypommom I was told one of my packages the seller was given a new label waiting to hear about yours as well as 15 others that all need the new label. The one we got the label for was shipped out today so I think if poshmark answers to night you should have a new label by mornign

@rlowe414 since the order still shows open, I can't cancel it since it has shipped. I sent a note to support to see if they can cancel in the system so I can bundle and send to you again. A new label is fine too so I gave them the option :) Will let you know as soon as I hear back!
