chelseysmom @upscaleforsale I sent the pictures of the metal hooks that are rusted and look bad from the rust. The front closure will not stay closed for me either. I am sorry this is not as i had pictured it in the photos

thegoodiebox @chelseysmom Oh no, posh doesn't tell the seller anything except that a case has been opened. Is it more than the tarnish that I mentioned in the listing? A vintage bag is naturally going to have that. But I would not have sent it if I thought there was a major problem. I wouldn't even have listed it. I sure don't want you to be unhappy though. 😞
