Hello Robin, I'm sorry to hear 1 of the Earrings came Apart, Not sure how that happened, The Purchased Earrings have a Heavy Wire Gauge Fish Hook Closure & Was Packed in a Box for Shipment. Which Pair came apart - The Purchased Or The Gift. I'm Glad to hear you were able to Connect it back together. Again I do Apologize for the Inconvenience it may have caused.
