mudturtle4us Robin, hello it’s Paula that you had just purchased the Chico black pants from. While packaging them up this morning I noticed one of the pant legs coming loose which is an easy fix. I can get them fixed for you today but will take two days extra at the seamstress Or I can send them on with the free gift of your choosing from my closet of $10 or less. We can also cancel if you choose to do so.Please let me know today what you would like to do. I’m terribly sorry.

mudturtle4us I have left a message about one of the pant were coming Unhemmed and I wanted to know if you wanted me to take them to the seamstress which will take two extra days or if you wanted me to cancel or if you wanted to pick another item free of charge for me to send also for you having to hem the pant leg. please except my apologies as I just noticed this as I was packing. Please let me know if you did receive it! Plz advise as what you would like me to do!

mudturtle4us I have literally had the worst luck this week! I have had two orders that I’ve had to cancel one being years. This is never happened to me on posh I have a 4.9 rating. The pink shirt got damage and I will not be able to ship it Would you like me to make a bundle of the blue T-shirt with the jewelry for you? I would love to sell it to you and I’ll give you a great price!
