robinlross @malu2006 when I submitted my offer Poshmark required me to set up my shipping and payment information before my offer would go through. It showed me what my total would be with shipping if offer accepted. Did I do that correctly?? 😳

malu2006 Yes, I believe so. When I purchase something it always asks me for my shipping and payment info. Did you make the offer to me? Or to another posher?

robinlross I chose Apple Pay as my form of payment. When I look at my recent transactions it shows the transaction total like it was accepted. That’s what bothers me.

malu2006 It will give you the total if offer is accepted then you have to make sure your card for payment is on file and shipping address is filled out then you hit submit offer. By the way if transaction goes through am I the first one you will be purchasing from?

robinlross Yes! You would be the first! I’m not sure how to verify what happened! I went to make offer (I offered $425). It asked for my address, which I typed in. It asked for payment method which I chose Apple Pay. It have me a total of $431.49 and asked me to double click and accepted it. The transaction is showing in my Apple wallet. I’m not sure what to do!

malu2006 Go to the bottom right of your screen hit your username. Then go to purchases it should show there what you purchased. You might have made an offer to someone else.

robinlross I did. It shows no purchases and no active offers. I still show an Amex transaction in my Apple wallet though. I really appreciate all of your help. Sorry to be such a pain. 😞

malu2006 @robinlross no worries, I understand how it is when your new to something, it’s confusing. I’m not sure what happened. If you actually purchased something it should show under your purchases.

malu2006 @robinlross no it won’t. Anything you purchase under $500 will not go through authentication. Only purchases over $500 will.

malu2006 @robinlross but you don’t have to worry about the bags authenticity, it’s 💯% authentic. Also Poshmark guarantees your purchase so you are safe. But in the future your reference if you want the item to go through authentication first it has $500 or more. Also don’t ever purchase from someone who asks you to give your phone number or email address. As long as you stay with Poshmark they guarantee your purchase if you receive an item that was misrepresented, not as described, faulty or fake.
