nickeyann hi Robin - you can track the coat within the app. go to your purchases and it will show you the shipment info. I’d also recommend contacting your local post office, as it was shipped USPS. not sure why you wouldn’t have received it yet, but that’s all i can do on my end. maybe you missed the delivery and they are holding it at the post office
