rschultz1515 @mavis01 I know that they don’t release the funds unless you approve it. So I guess report it as the wrong item. I can also send an email to customer service

mavis01 @rschultz1515 I have an I explained it was a miss up because you were trying to rush the item out to me, it’s pretty but not the color at all I could actually work with because like I said, I purchase that specific purse to go with some shoes.
