daisysattic Hi Robin, Thank you so much for purchasing the Disney Mug. I wanted to let you know that I just received this package back from USPS stating that the address is incorrect (No Such Number- Unable to Forward) I have reached out to Poshmark via email (the only way) & I am waiting to find out how to resolve this issue. As soon as I hear something from them I will update you . I would assume that they would also contact you, but I am not sure. I'm so sorry for this & hopefully can be resolved soon.

daisysattic Hi Robin, I am still waiting on Poshmark to get back to me on this issue. I looked at the label which Poshmark sent me and it shows: 414 Piedmont Ave.. Apt 306, Gendale, CA 91206. which is different from the above address. Unfortunately, I can not correct on my end. I will definitely advise you as soon as Poshmark gets back to me., Once again Thank you.

daisysattic I'm so sorry but it looks like you will need to get in touch with poshmark. There is nothing I can do on my side. I've been sending them email after email and haven't received a response yet. I'm so sorry.

robinlubin @daisysattic Well if they don’t respond to you what makes you think they are going to respond to me? And how do I get in touch with them? Do you have the merchandise? If I can’t be reimbursed? Then why can’t it be sent to my address in MD. I was sending it as a gift to my son. This is not right as it is being handled. Makes me not want to have anything to do with Poshmark again. My money was taken and there is nothing to show for it. I gave the right address. This is not my fault.

daisysattic @robinlubin I agree with you 100%. I am disgusted with the way they are NOT doing anything after the 5 or 6 emails I have sent. The last email stated that you wanted to cancel the order because they sent me the wrong address and to please resolve this issue. I searched online and found that the buyer needs to contact them. The only way is to send them a email is through their support page found on your page, all the way on the right, then drop down on your icon and choose "Support and Help".

daisysattic @robinlubin I really am so sorry that this is happening to you and believe me, I am not giving up. I even tried calling a number found online and all I got was a recording to leave a message but when you try, it tells you that mailbox is full. I will send additional emails again and again. Please note I definitely do not have your money and I do not think that Poshmark will stay with your money. Hopefully we will get a response soon. I will keep you updated. Thank you!!

daisysattic Robin, After all my daily emails, I finally rec'd a response from Poshmark advising that they had gotten in contact with you and to re-send your item. They sent me a new label today & I placed in the mail. This is not usually how Poshmark works. Buyers are usually very happy with this platform, unfortunately you had to experience this. I hope you will enjoy this mug & will have a much better experience next time. If you ever order from me again, I will definitely give a big discount.Thank you!!

thestylehustle Sold a newer style Madewell shirt dress to this posher. It was labeled a size Medium so I listed it as a M. I also added detailed measurements in the description (The measurements match up as a typical size medium) This posher purchased the dress, then gave me a 2 STAR rating b/c “the dress was too small to be a size M”, as if I have some control over Madewell’s sizing or like I didn’t list measurements for transparency.

thestylehustle I can understand being disappointed something doesn’t fit, but giving a seller a horrible rating when they have no control over it is really unfair to sellers who work hard and put a lot of time, effort, photos and details in their listings so buyers have all of the information they need for sizing purposes. I tried reaching out to the buyer to explain and she never responded. Really disappointing.
