Hello! I’m glad you received your item. Your item was packaged in a new box bought from the post office and wrapped in bubble wrap. I’m not sure why it was sent to you in that condition. Maybe call your local post office to put in a complaint. Would you please reconsider rating me higher being that like your item? I would appreciate it. Thank you!
