Hi! I'm Robin. I recently retired from owning a boutique for almost twenty years! I am also a film actress and have appeared in major films since 1990’s. My husband and I are visual artists and are looking forward to traveling and enjoying our retirement. I have loads of clothes and treasures for you! I tend to like a vintage style and enjoy upcycling clothing and making jewelry. I love fabric and sewing and have worked as a seamstress and costume builder in theatre.

We go out to eat and go do her errands. It’s enough to keep her engaged and still in the game and we have a fun time together. I find things to resell on Poshmark.

oddrobin @scoutdogdodd the customer pays the shipping except during a special sale such as closet clear out when Poshmark pays some. If you offer reduced shipping you will pay some and the customer pays some. I price my things according to what other similar things have sold for and Poshmark will give you examples. Also, I price according to just what I’d like to have for it after Poshmark takes their cut.

scoutdogdodd @oddrobin It's a term used on another selling forum for the cost of putting out your stuff for sale. I have been reading about Frankincense and just purchased some. I have you to thank for Nux Vomica, which I've now used for years---and given to Mama and Daddy as needed. And you introduced me to the Neti pot. I'm going to start dialing for dollars here soon. I hope to get my items up right and fairly priced.

oddrobin @scoutdogdodd you will find most information about selling, etiquette, rules, etc by going online and searching. There are lots of tips by other poshers, too. But the best way to learn is by just jumping in. I think Poshmark is different than other places because there is a sense of supportive community. I think you’ll love it. I made plenty mistakes at first. And I’m still learning what works best for me. ♥️

It says something about who you are as the seller. IMHO! I have received my three shipments in the same kind of box, which is perfect. I need to look on the site to find out how the boxing is required. I like it when the seller puts "smoke free home" on the information.

scoutdogdodd I had ordered Princess Grace's My Book of Flowers from the other forum and when it arrived, the smoke odor was gross. I got in touch with the seller and told him and he said, "yeah, no need to send it back" I finally got the beautiful book. To make herself useful she took us the hobby of pressing flowers and they are shown in the book. Each chapter starts with a quote. I want you to see the chapter of Forget-Me-Not.

oddrobin @scoutdogdodd just go to the post office and get free priority mail boxes, envelopes, etc. some people recycle stuff for packaging, which is good. I use compostable plastic bags I got online. That way I always have a good supply here and don’t have to go to the post office.
