co_spgs_closet I tried & tried to connect my printer to the WiFi. After 2 days, I went out & bought another one. I tried & tried again. My internet service provider said that it was the printer. Then my TV went down, my security system, & my phones went down as well. They finally figured out that my router was the problem. They're going to ship me a new router in the next couple of days.

co_spgs_closet I'd don't like to have my customers waiting. This has never happened to me before. My reviews can confirm that I provide excellent customer service. I'm totally stressed out because of this situation and there's not much I can do about it. It's beyond my control. Since I don't know how long it will take, I'd like to cancel the order until this situation has been resolved. I'll let you know when I'm ready to ship it. Would that be ok with you? 😉
