Thanks for your feed back on my merchandise. Some follow up information on your purchase, the cape was like new and had only been worn once. It had never been "mended" and I called the store and they said the loop on the neck hole was meant to house a scarf. In the future please contact me or any other seller before leaving feedback saying items are not as described. It would be much appreciated.

I can send you a picture of the mending if you would like on the back left shoulder, and the loops around the neck are too small for a scarf. But I said it was still nice and didn't ask for a refund.
