nela_mariposa Sorry that I had to cancel the order. I tried and tried to find a box that would fix the length of the size of the curling iron box but I still haven't found one. I ordered more boxes online and as soon as they are delivered I will know if I can go ahead repost the curling iron if you want to try it again. Once again, I'm very sorry.

recreate87 Hi Robyn! I hand washed in water and let lay to dry lastnight and there are some subtle water marks from how it was laying. I sent out the item this afternoon, so you can receive and assess after hand wash again. Keep me updated. It should be there by Friday or Saturday. Kindly recreate87

recreate87 100%. Completely understand. It looked fine before hand washing, so I'm almost certain it just needs to be hand washed for a bit longer. Let me know!

recreate87 If I had time I would have washed a second time before sending, but I just got back to the area lastnight and noticed the final shipping statement. Out of respect for your purchase, I want to send anyway, so you can asses how you would like to move forward. This is a first for me, so if you want to trade out or exchange, or refund, no worries.

sweet2u @recreate87 hello I just received it and I didn't wash it again but it does have discoloration so I'm just going to return it back to you. Also it states on tag to dry clean only. I think it needs to just be dry cleaned!
