You may or may not be aware that there is a tremendous USPS backlog due to workers being out sick from Covid and an unprecedented number of people mailing holiday gifts this year. I live in NYC and the post offices were completely overwhelmed. I apologize for the delay but there is nothing I can do and hope the package starts tracking and arrives soon. Please don't cancel- it's on it's way and the item is brand new- you'll love it!
