rfrazier2001 @ashleyvanessa The watch is lovely. The box was damaged and the watch fell out in the snow. It was already frozen. I realize you had no control over that state it would arrive in. So not your!!But I do like the watch,

ashleyvanessa @rfrazier2001 terrible sorry to hear that. Postal service can be tough, I too have received packages in the snow and rain that have been damaged. Very frustrating. Glad to hear you like the watch, I'll be sure to keep packaging in mind for the future.

ashleyvanessa Originally I was going to ship your item in a larger box, but was afraid it wouldn't fit in a mailbox, and was worried it would sit out on door steps with snow, going forward I'll be sure to double wrap! I am from New England, so I understand how crazy weather can be and is not a great mix with packages. rfrazier2001 @ashleyvanessa thank you Ashley! Right now I'm so mad at myself though. I googled how to change the date it said pull out crown to third position I pulled the crown out nothing, so I pulled a little harder and the whole pen came out I broke my new Michael Korea watch' I'm headed to MK store for repair

ashleyvanessa @rfrazier2001 oh no! I am so sorry to hear that. I am wondering if the fact that the watch was in the snow may have played a role in that? Watch was purchased at a Michael Kors store, however any Watch repair shop has the correct tools to fix- I don't think Michael Kors associates know how to repair a watch.
