robynlmeyers @coveralldoll one of the straps doesn’t stay strapped. It comes loose and falls off my shoulder. I called mz Wallace and asked if it would be covered and they told me it’s $65 dollars. Did you not have this problem when you used it?

coveralldoll @robynlmeyers no. I’m sorry. It’s been in my shop for awhile. That’s really weird. You actually can’t contact me directly, but if you’re having a big problem with it, you can contact posh and ask for a return. I’m sorry I never had an issue. I feel bad, it’s such a cool bag.
