colleen_619 Hi there , I am in shock. It has been over two weeks and now you are contacting me for a refund. I am sorry but I reached out to you multiple times and recieved no response when I asked if you had recieved your bag! I do this to make sure my buyers are happy and if they are not that it is handled right away!! I can not accept anything back at this time.

robynannan @colleen_619 Do you remember when I asked for rush shipping? The bag didn’t arrive until 10/23. Then, we spent the next week taking it to repair shops and contacting Louis Vuitton to see if we could get it fixed. We didn’t want to return it at all. We were doing everything in our power, in good faith, to keep it. But everywhere we have gone we have been turned away. It’s definitely false advertising on your part to have not disclosed such a major flaw.

colleen_619 @robynannan Hi I am not able to accept the bag back at this late of a date. The bag was delivered on the 19th and tracking stated that no recipient was home. I asked 2 times if you recieved your bag (in which you later did and never responded back) until 2 weeks later and hit with a one star review before even being able to respond to your concerns.

colleen_619 @robynannan This is no longer my issue. If the bag was in that bad of condition to your standards you needed to have contacted me ASAP when I asked TWICE. Please understand as a seller this is frustrating. I am not Amazon or a big company who can write off a return like nothing as a company loss.

colleen_619 @robynannan This is why it is important to *respond* when a seller is trying to reach out. In addition I also have no control over any rushed deliveries. Poshmark sends me a pre paid shipping label and however long it takes them to authenticate is out of my hands!

robynannan @colleen_619 I did reach out to support because I could not find anywhere in the ap to contact you. There were no prompts in the purchase section to send a note to the seller, reject purchase, etc. And again, we EARNESTLY went to two repair shops and Louis Vuitton to inquire about repair. We were devastated when we were turned away by all three. We are taking the loss on this. When we resell it we will be disclosing this MAJOR and unfixable defect.
