srodriguez1123 @rjemurray Hi hun, thanks for your purchase. no where in my listing did it state it came with a cross body strap. clearly stated it was a satchel bag. i had plenty of pictures showing all angles i dont believe the bag ever came with a strap. sorry if you were disappointed.
