Hello! There is no way to communicate with you directly so I am posting this. The poncho you ordered from me was dropped off at the post office on 12/2 so I am not sure why it is not showing up. I mailed another item at the same time and that item has already arrived to the buyer. I am so sorry about this. The item may have gotten lost-not sure. I have told Posh about it.
