Hi, Robyn! You bought my Lena Gabrielle jacket and as I was packing it up, I saw there’s no zipper pull. I researched and discovered there’s not supposed to be one, because the zipper is actually decorative and not meant to be used. I think this is odd, so I wanted to check with you before shipping it today to make sure you still want it? If not, I will cancel the sale and just re-list with that information (decorative zipper) disclosed. Please let me know — I apologize for the inconvenience!
