dea34 Hi Robyn. Not sure why the tracking number is not updating. I dropped the wallet off on June 9 and it was scanned on June 10. I will call the office tomorrow to see if there are any updates. Thx. Alina

dea34 @robynfitch it’s a little weird to be honest. I have shipped 10 items in the last two weeks and all others have some intermediary steps or locations listed. This one just has one drop off location (mine, in Pickering)...nothing else! Hope it did not get stuck here! I will call my Canada Post office tomorrow and clarify! I feel bad for you!

dea34 @robynfitch I don’t have better news. Neither Canada Post, nor Steeple Hill are able to help me until July 13 (21 business days after the standard expected delivery). It’s possible this package was lost. CP customer service told me the package never left the drop off locarion. Since the item was scanned as received, we are both protected, from a financial point of view, but what a shame...I spent 1 hr on the phone today for nothing.
