@pandacutieco if I have a question about shipping. I understand the shipping label provided is 7.97 but if I have a box that weighs 2 lbs but it’s 12x9x5 usps says it costs 18.00 to ship it. Does that mean I need a different label or will ups let me pay the difference? I’m not sure how that works.

@auntieros no, no. The Poshmark label accounts for up to 5 lbs. If it’s 5+ lbs then you would pay to upgrade the label…and typically charge the customer. So sorry it took so long to respond. Usually I am on multiple times a day but wasn’t feeling so hot. Pls msg if you need anything else! 😁 -andi 🐼
