musemax Hi! Welcome to Posh! When you are a newbie almost anything can be confusing and Posh is no exception. I think a good place to start is reading the Poshmark Guidelines that is found on the drop box under your name. It will give you the basics and I will be happy to assist if you have any questions. rdavids1028 @cpardini hi cindi it's not a crisp white. It seems old like its been in storage for long time....white turns grayish with age, or if stored in plastic. Sorry

cpardini @rdavids1028 - It's been in a dry cleaning cover. You are always welcome to send it back if you feel you need to. Also, I got it in Europe and maybe they used a different fabric. Let me know if you want to send it back to me.

cpardini @rdavids1028 - They aren't really an option if something doesn't fit or you don't like an item you received. But, if you have a pictures to prove to them that the top is not in the shape you thought it would be you can open the case and they will take back the $12.10 I made on the shirt and their fees and refund you the $17 you paid for the top.
