anewphase Hey there, so it seems that your jacket you ordered is still not tracking?!?! I have checked with my post office and they still say it hasn’t been scanned in. Which is super strange because I took it with a few of my other orders the same day. You should have received it by now.... I am really sorry for any inconvenience. I did let poshmark know of the situation. Maybe it will show up still. I just wanted to update you as customer service is my number 1 priority.

anewphase So I just got an email back from Poshmark and they said to wait until May 7. If the package hasn’t turned up I need to contact them again and then go forward with the next step. I am not sure of what that is?! I am super sorry though. It stinks we have to wait this long. It should have been there to you by now. ☹️ I am sure at that point the will just refund you your payment if it isn’t there.

anewphase @rochenne no nothing yet. I am supposed to contact them tomorrow if it hasn’t shown up. Which clearly at this point, I think it is gone. Unless by a strange miracle it shows up today. It’s just so weird. I have never had this happen here or on eBay. So I will email them tomorrow again and I will let you know what they say. So sorry!!

anewphase @rochenne the post office is saying they never received it. It was never scanned in... i specifically remember taking it there. I had a few other items that needed sent out as well. I remember writing you your thank you and packing it up. So it was other lost or stolen? Poshmark basically wanted to wait until the 7th to see if it would show up...
