susannashops Hey rocio, I am super sorry the shoes were damaged. I had no idea the shoes were like that when I shipped them to you. I feel super bad about it and I want to give you the opportunity to pick out new shoes because I don't want to rip you off. With that if you would like you can pick 2 new pairs of heels or flats in my closet and I will send them to you for almost free (I would send them to you for free but I don't know how to make the shoes cost $0 due to the restrictions of poshmark)...

susannashops all I would need for you to do is order another shipping label. Comment on the shoes you would like and then I'll set it for 3$ and you can get it!
