Hi Roderick, I am sorry if you felt the packaging of your flight bag could have been better. I agree, it could have, but I was rushing to get it out that day, because I saw it was going to Alaska. I pride myself in getting my packages out in a timely manner. It was the only box I had and I ran out of paper to wrap it with. The package was sent out that day. I could not have sent it out any sooner. I hope you enjoy your bag.
