dhally33 Hi, Rodolfo - I purchased the pearl white dress from you & was wondering if it was altered? It's my daughter's size, but it won't even come close to zipping up - it's way too small to be a Youth 12. Please let me know if it was altered. Thanks!

rsgonzalez @dhally33 i asked my mother about it and sadly that’s one detail that was left out before I even put it up on my closet; the dress was altered for my sister since she was a smaller size, so sorry that it didn’t fit :(

dhally33 @rsgonzalez It doesn’t look like I can go through Poshmark since I accepted the item.....I’m not familiar with how a return would work outside of the site? Do you know?

rsgonzalez @dhally33 I’m not familiar either, I searched up and the only way to return is to open up a case and to say that the item wasn’t as described, that doesn’t necessarily work all the time from what I’ve seen. The only thing I can say is to possibly list it back up on your closet and I can purchase it immediately.
