audreysfine Hi I just got a notification that you're not happy with the $1200+ worth of ties that I sent you? I sent amazing bargain shipped in a super quick manner nicely packaged! those of us who take posh seriously work HARD at making everything perfect for our customers and how a bad mark can affect our livelihood. Please explain what happened and I would be more than happy to set it right. I am always more than generous with all of my buyers and I'm always Posh compliant and honest

rodric @audreysfine hi, a grey Hugo Boss was in place of the blue/green Zegna. I confirmed with support to please release payment again this evening. I am curious to hear what happened and did not intend to turn it into an issue. Thanks again.

audreysfine @rodric ohhhh. I think it was a syntax error " but one, get 5"'meaning you get five for the price of one. Then I gave you the Boss on just 'cause. 🙂. My bad. I should've been more succinct. I'll look and see if I have any more zegnas and send you one if I do! So sorry for the confusion!!!

rodric @audreysfine Seriously I thought it more funny than anything. That explains it though! I mistakenly assumed by pressing problem with the order you and I would be in a private thread to discuss. My bad. Support sent me something to accept the order and they would take $10 off. I want you to get paid quickly and don't want to do anything that reflects back on your reputation. I asked them just to release payment.

ralajoie22 @rodric Hi, I'm sorry that the blazer didn't fit properly, was it too big? I laid it flat to measure underarm to underarm and got 25", multiply by 2, 50, and subtract 4, 46 is what I got. I'm a 42R or 44 tailored fit, sorry once again.

rodric @ralajoie22 Thanks. The jacket is great. I’m really bummed it’s a 44 because I’d love to wear it. I am a 46 trim or tailored so a 44 is just too small through the shoulders. The tag inside the breast pocket is indicating it’s a 44 and it appears true to size. I’ll send it back unfortunately. Thanks again for addressing.
