Hello, the Prana pants you purchased were rerouted back to me. For some reason the package was being shipped between North Houston and Santa Fe TX back and forth for a few days. Should I reship with the same address you have on file?

Yes, that's the correct address. Not sure why it's going back & forth. Give it a few more days to see if it works out. I'm not in a rush to get them.

HI again! It looks like it was refused. I tried to let the post office know. I need the senders address as well. I am using my usps account under imformed delivery. I see its been refused. If you would like to go through usps to do it, I understand. But, if you would rather I do it, since I still want the pants, that's cool too. Let me know.
