izzy238 You gave me a bad rating for the following? - packaging- that's a brand new box I bought and the item was wrapped with care. - seller responsiveness- I've responded to you promptly and always pleasant. Always answered any question, never left you hanging -shipping??? I sent that item the same day that you ordered it. I have no control of the United States Post office. You got 2 day shipping, how can you complain. Item Cleanliness-- this app offers gently used items, my bag was in great shape.

adidas999 I was curious as to why you only gave me a 4 star rating.The item was brand new w/tags,carefully packaged using only new materials/box/trivex envelope and shipped same or next day.Can you please tell me what I could have done better? grant_hofeld Hi roger I’m the one you bought the custom Oakley’s from. I hope it’s alright but I lost the little micro bag the Oakley’s come in. However I am sending you a black Oakley bag to put them in and I hope that is alright.
