rogerran @tjauten Sorry about that! We could no longer locate the size tag, but these boots fit my son. He wears a size shoe 9.5 – 10.5 So we labeled the size as 9. Absolutely, you can request a Return for a full refund through Poshmark. Here is the path you need to request a Return and full Refund due to incorrect size labeling: select - My Purchases select the boots you purchased select – Problems / Order Inquiry select – Order Not as Described select – Not the size in the listing fill in the info

rogerran @tjauten Poshmark refers to the Return/Refund request as a “Case”. Just a heads up...you’ll need to initiate that as the Buyer...they give you up to 3 days to start that process (from time of receiving your I purchased item).
