flows1 I ordered a sweatshirt from you recently. It was in good shape when I received it so I accepted the order. My son opened it today at Christmas and it was only then that we realized you sent me a women’s hoodie and not a men’s. It’s way too small because it’s a women’s large not a men’s large. Are you willing to let me return it? It was listed under the mens category when i purchased it.

flows1 @krholzhauer18 any news? I got an email from the company stating I needed to open an “item not as described case” but when I try, it says the order is complete because it’s been too long from the date I accepted the order and won’t let me do anything else.
