kaylee1615 @rolandwinklr You have purchased items from our closet and gave us low ratings. We strive for 5. You said we could improve. What is it that we could improve? We want to keep our rating high as it has been for years. Having so many lower ratings does effect ones overall rating. Do you know about bundles so you only pay one shipping?
