beehappymarket You have commented on the Bubble Glass tray. This inventory is all new product & are never taken out of the box They come directly to us from our Commercial Supplier. So, we don’t know how it could have been altered. Units are shipped from the Manufacturer to the Supplier & then to us in original Manufacturer’s Factory Packaging. We’ve sold & shipped hundreds of these worldwide across many platforms. Never had a customer complaint so we are puzzled with your observation.

rjnadeau @beehappymarket then I believe the manufacturer sent you an item that was either defective or used and returned, and they should have disposed of it. I have pictures showing the issue. It doesn't look like something that could easily done, and it's very easily noticed.
