widsmuzz @romonew oh wow! That is truly amazing! I am going to tell my son and husband about you! They are both musicians. My husband is a keyboardist and my son is a guitarist, but started on violin AND did architectural 3D printing in college! They are both going to be amazed!

romonew @widsmuzz the cello is really where my heart lies, but there’s just something about the violin that I like. I don’t know what it is so tell your son that he is going to love playing the violin even win trying to learn how to play. It is hard😤

widsmuzz @romonew sorry I was confusing! (I do that a lot 🫤). He used to play violin and did love it. Then he picked up viola and eventually decided to try guitar. He’s been through it all! Recently he said he actually may be interested in picking it up again. So - you’re right! It’s hard to stay away from it!

widsmuzz @romonew Full disclosure-when I was young I played violin also and adored it! But my parents made me stop to take piano lessons because we got my grandma’s piano after she passed away. I never liked the piano and was always mad I had to give up the violin!

romonew @widsmuzz I don’t know why parents take their kids away from classical string instruments. Everyone plays the piano , but like is a rare to find a young person who plays the violin.
