rondazed @augo hi. There was long strands of brown hair still in the hat. I do know that it’s used, but you could’ve cleaned the inside a bit more before shipping out. Other than that, the hat is in great condition

moxiestandard @rondazed that may be the best idea because I reached out to posh they said I have to wait til Feb 10th for them to do anything about it. On my tracking it says it was attempted to get delivered but that your building had ‘no access’.

rondazed @will82190 It says that it was delivered, but when I went down to get the package. It wasn’t there. I’m hoping that it will turn up with Monday’s mail delivery.. something like this happened before.
