@patriciact have you shipped hats before? I foresee more problems in the future without a hat box. I realize for the price I got the hat you couldn't afford that but maybe offer an extra charge for hat box shipment esp when a $70 hat originally, I steamed or and got most of it out but not all. so which rating would you consider a three?
