Welcome to PoshMark! A great place to buy and sell some great fashion! One tip for success here is to have a lot of followers. If someone follows you, you can follow them back. Another tip would be to share your closet a couple times a day. Sharing items in your closet and things in the closet of followers gives the items more exposure. Which leads to sales. As a seller on PM there r some suggested guidelines. Take 4 instance the Eileen Fisher coverup. It's original cost was $189. If it still has it's original tags u should probably price it at least 50% or more so most ppl would list it for $100. If it's NWOT & hasn't been really worn & is n perfect condition with no flaws, it's usually priced between 40%-50% off. I priced mine at $50 which is already 80% off even though it is n pristine condition. U gave me a really low-ball offer of $20.

I don't think the buyer takes into consideration the amount we paid for the item & the fee PM takes. All of the washing, ironing, sanitizing, steaming, photographing, editing, researching & writing the listing & then all of the work getting it ready to ship once it's sold. Normally I would just totally ignore a low-ball offer but I looked & realized I were new. Unfortunately I can't go down on the price to $25. That would b 50% off asking price & 90% off retail.
