rondaspell @had09 one thing I HATE about this site is if you make a offer ITS YOURS!! They charge your card!! That happened with 3 items so far with me!! After making the offer I found something else I liked better but SURPRISE I purchased the items I "made offer" on! How do I take my debit card # out or stop that from happening??

had09 I don't think you can do than unless you deactivate your account and creat a new one. You can cancel your offer I guess after an hour or so. Try to contact the seller and let her know that you changed your mind .

deed833 I can see that you indicated a 2 star rating for your purchase of the Le Sak that you purchased from me. You offered 5$ of which I only net $2. This was a gift from a friend never carried and not my style. I would never have imagined that the zipper inside didn't work. I shipped within 2 hours of your purchase. I sell major brands on here LV and Gucci. When you rate as such, it destroys others confidence. I would welcome a return over the rating. 2 stars, Indicates major issues from seller.

rondaspell @deed833 I wouldn't just tell you the zipper was broken if it wasn't. It's a cute purse but I received it with a broken zipper. I'm not trying to do anything to bring your confidence level down. I'm just stating the facts. My mom is gonna try to fix it.

deed833 I'm not telling you that you're incorrect. Please look at this from my end too. I am not a retail store. I'm merely a house wife with 6 year old twins, and a ten year old. I'm working this in between home work, laundry, dishes, etc. The rating system has 4 categories seller responsiveness - I accepted and shipped your order in 2 hours. Packaging, your package was wrapped properly as far as I know. Description - this is the area of your grievance

deed833 At 2 stars, I would - if it were me - reach out to the seller. Especially when I can tell that they're not a retailer. And I don't want to do anything to "run the non-retailers off of here". Otherwise, this will just be online Walmart. And for me, the 2 stars has made me reconsider my time here. I do understand your point of view.....but I also feel it was harsh. Again not your problem per se, but it is a network. And I kind of feel like we should work together, that's all.
