rrducksworth Thank u 4 ur reply. I do not mean ANY disrespect. The items in ur closet r Awesome. I based my offer on my budget as well as the potential "maintenance prior to wear" factor. Some sellers provide all details about the item in their desc. while others do not. 70% of my purchases have required non-disclosed maintenance (dry cleaning, extensive laundering etc) so I offer what I can understanding that there may b a need for more for the item later. I'm not trying to low ball you.

jermel8088 @rrducksworth No, not yet unfortunately. I was just on the USPS website and still not showing that your item has scanned. I just contacted the girl who’s package I mailed at the exact same time as yours. I sent her a message a few minutes ago asking if yours went there by mistake too.
