violet507 @rongway81 hi! Yes you can list it in one post. Creat the listing and when you get to the quantity amount click on multiple and it will give you the option to add the different sizes and how many of each size you have!

violet507 @rongway81 Hi, If you lower the price of the item by 10% there is a chance that the price of the shipping will lower by $1 from 5.99 to either 4.99 or 3.99 but it is not guaranteed. The only way would be for you to just give her the discount to compensate for the shipping.
