ronisha324 @mgurv hi there I reached out to usps to see what was happening with the tracking. They said they’ll contact me in one day I’ll keep you posted. This has never happened to me before.

ronisha324 @mgurv as mentioned I will keep you updated once I hear from then in addition I will go to post office that I shipped it from and ask to speak with someone. I can actually send you a screenshot of the email I sent to customer care at the post office as well.

ronisha324 @mgurv I just got off the phone with the post office and they said since I dropped it in the self-service window it’s a delayed scan so if I don’t see any movement with the tracking on Friday that’s when they will continue to work on the claim but right now it’s inside of that time frame where it takes a while to update since I didn’t go up to the window for a clerk to scan it in.

ronisha324 @mgurv no it’s not lost it’s just taking a while to update. Again as I mentioned I just dropped it in the bin this is 34th street post office in nyc the main hub where all packages go through. That was Sunday and as your aware packages don’t go out on Sunday. Either way if it’s lost I’ll be refunded for the package and won’t be charged either way so there’s that. If I don’t get any tracking by Friday I will also reach out to Poshmark.

I’ve reached out to posh as well as the post office as well they said at the post office If I drop off a package in the bin instead of getting a receipt for it it will take a while to provide tracking information and I probably won’t see any tracking information until it’s probably to you or already out for delivery

ronisha324 @mgurv I reiterated to you several times that this has never happened since I’ve been doing Poshmark and I’m a five star rating and I’ve never had a single issue with any of my packages or tracking or anything like that so this is a rare occurrence or something that has never happened to me before so I’m doing the best that I can

ronisha324 @mgurv If you would like I can also take your email down and show you all the correspondence since I’ve had I can show you that the label was printed off from Staples and take it to the post office I’m not sure if you don’t believe me or what it is but the package was shipped I do not have the shoes I can even take a photo of where I keep my Poshmark things and I do not have the item so we’re both at a loss I’m at a loss because I took it to the post office
